I am so very excited for this post! I am entering the Say it with Sentiments challenge over at Paper Playtime!
This was a very fun and easy card to make, for a very special friend. It is a square card, measuring 4 1/4. The strawberry was cut from the Preserves cartridge, ignoring the flower that is supposed to be on the stem/leaves.
The green "button" was something I found in my stash of buttons, and the sentiment is from the dollar bin at Michaels. The sentiment was too big to put on the front of the car, but I think it's just as cute on the inside. However, I didn't stamp hard enough. My practice stamp looked MUCH darker. Oh well. :)
The solid paper is from Recollections, the pattern glittery paper is by My Minds Eye 12x12 paper pack called Penny Lane. This is by far one of my FAVORITE paper collections. The green ribbon is from a martha stewart collection of stick-on ribbon. I bought it a few years ago, and I no longer have the packaging to tell you anything else about it. Sorry.
Up tomorrow: Something pink, or something blue? ;-)
Happy Crafting!

ReplyDeleteVery cute card Jenni -- that sentiment fits perfectly! As far as the stamped image, isn't that always the way? Thank for you joining us at Paper Playtime :)
